**Note from Your CJ Dr’s and Nurses***
All medication should be brought to camp in the original prescription bottle. Make sure there is enough medication to last the camp session. Vitamins and other over-the-counter medication also need to be in original containers with instructions from your doctor as to how to use them. Label all medication with your child's name. You will be meeting with the nurses individually when you arrive at camp to go over daily routine and med lists. Please bring all necessary items for medical needs.
***All campers and staff will need to check in with the nurses station…even if you don’t take any medications…if you don’t Nurse Mater will FIND You!***
***Note from your Camp Jornada staff***
If for any reason your child would need to leave camp (eg: to get chemo or appointments etc.) This must be documented with camp staff on check in day. You would need to make arrangements for this. No one (including counselors) is allowed to leave camp without checking with camp staff.
